Open the grapple

Close the grapple
Move both hands close together.
Lift the open grapple a little
Extend both arms at shoulder height, with the palms facing
upwards. Make vertical movements with both arms
outstretched.
Keep the grapple in position briefly
Raise the hand drooping slightly, with the fist clenched.
