Once you have the top pin
connected and the bottom
hole lined up, take the brass
screw and lock the remote
into place.
The connection should be
firm. Just be careful not to
lose the brass screw as it will
come out of the assembly to
allow it to mount or
disassemble.
Once the remote is connected to the camera it has a light on it that will
switch from red to green during operation. This is a really nice feature
that removes the need to apply text/record data directly on the LCD.
However, we will show those steps later in this method if you still want
the info on the screen.
