Manual Mode of the Smart Burner

TM

 is similar to operation of the other burners, only with a 

numerical range of 1 to 12.  This mode will work with Hestan Cue cookware or regular cookware.  

Approximate heat level (BTU output) for each level is shown in this chart.

Note: If Smart pan is being 
used, a maximum tempera-
ture limit is set to prevent 
pan from overheating.  When 
displayed, burner flame will 
decrease until pan tempera-
ture has dropped into a safe 
working limit.
