WARNING
Danger of poisoning! When
working with plastic, paint or
similar materials, gases develop
that could be aggressive or
toxic. Avoid breathing in fumes, even if they
appear harmless. Always ensure that the
work area is well ventilated or wear breathing
apparatus.

Risk of injury! The hot air
stream could injure people or
animals. Contact with the hot
pipe of the heating element or
the nozzle will cause burns. Keep children
and other people away from the device. Do
not touch the pipe of the heating element or
the nozzle when these components are hot.
Do not use the device as a hairdryer. The de-
vice generates significantly more heat than a
hairdryer. Do not use the device for heating
liquids or for drying objects or materials that
could be damaged by the effects of hot air.

Unintentional start-up or unex-
pected switching on of the
heating element following ac-
tuation of the thermal relay
can result in injuries. Make certain that the
switch is on 0 when connecting the device to
the power supply. Switch the device off if the
overheating protection is triggered.
