IMPORTANT! All local regulations, including those that
refer to national or European norms, must be complied
with when the appliance is installed.
NOTE. When any kind of insulation is installed to
protect the hood assembly from the heat, the following
recommendations must be followed
NOTE. When any type of insulation is installed to
protect the masonry hood from the heat, remember the
following compulsory points:
1. The insulation should never be in contact with the
cast iron coating of the appliance. This would
prevent the heat from the cast iron from being
released to the atmosphere and hence the
subsequent breakage of the part.
2.
There should be a minimum clearance between
the cast iron and the insulation
The installation of the Compact C-10 will have an important
influence on its safety and correct operation.
It is extremely important to be installed properly.
For the correct installation of the Compact C-10 and the
chimney, it is advisable to be performed by a professional.
The Compact C-10 emits heat by radiation, directly heating the
walls, roof, etc., and by forced convection, of the air, to the
ventilator which is installed internally.
