1.- PRESENTATION
The BENNINGTON Wood burning stove has the following main characteristics:
•
Made completely of cast iron, with assembled parts sealed with ceramic rope and screwed
together.
•
External natural convection chamber between the double walls of the sides, rear and roof that
increases the output of the stove and ensure a long working life.
•
Large fireplace that allows for wood up to 57 cm. in length to be burnt.
•
Primary air adjustment valve.
•
Indirect primary air feeding system that sends the air down along the inside of the glass (self-
cleaning) to the bottom of the fireplace. Also fitted with a primary air hole located inside a nozzle
underneath the door gap to favour lighting.
•
Secondary air with self-adjustment that increases stove output and decreases the emission of
non-burnt items into the atmosphere.
•
Self-cleaning glass.
•
Folding, double-leaf and glazed front door.
•
Sealed Ash Pan Door underneath the Ash Pan.
•
Single opening control for opening the front and Ash Pan doors. When not in use, it is placed in
its special cold housing to prevent it from heating.
•
Side door for easier fuel loading with fixed opening control.
•
Smoke outlet to allow for a horizontal or vertical direction out of the chimney.
•
Detachable grille.
•
Upper grate for the outlet of convection air.
•
Openable outside roof and rear. Without fastenings.
•
Heat exchanger (air-air) detachable to access the upper part of the stove and make cleaning
easier.
•
Gives heat by convection or radiation, heating walls, ceilings, etc. directly.
•
Supplied completely factory assembled, ready to connect to the chimney.
