Connecting the speakers
1.
Switch off the audio source (PC, MP3 player or CD player) to which you wish to connect your
speaker kit.
2.
Connect the 3.5mm jack connector of the speakers to the 3.5mm jack plug on the subwoofer.
3.
Plug the power cable into an AC outlet.
4.
Connect the remote control’s stereo male 3.5mm jack (green) to the output plug of your audio
source:

For a PC, connect the remote control’s stereo male 3.5mm jack (green) to the green
FRONT SPEAKERS
or
FRONT OUT
plug on your sound card or your motherboard’s
integrated sound card.

For a television or DVD player equipped with a headphone plug, connect the remote
control’s stereo male 3.5mm jack (green) to your television set’s headphone plug.
ATTENTION! Any audio source connected to the subwoofer is automatically disabled when an
audio source is connected to the remote control’s Lin In plug.
3.
USING THE XPS 2.1 12 SPEAKER SYSTEM
1.
Switch on the audio source you wish to use (PC, MP3 player, CD player, TV Set ).
2.
Switch on your speaker kit using the
POWER
knob located on the rear side of the subwoofer.
3.
Adjust the volume using the
VOLUME
knob located on the remote control.
Note: we recommend that you turn the controls to their minimum settings and then increase them
slowly until you are satisfied with the sound.
