8. FAQ

1. No sound is coming out of my

headphones

−

If you are using wired headphones, make sure that

the headphones are properly connected to the
green output on the speakers/headphones DJ
splitter cable.

−

If you are using Bluetooth headphones, make sure

that the headphones are properly connected to your
smartphone or your tablet.

−

Make sure that the volume for your headphones is

not set to zero.

−

Verify the monitoring settings. By default, monitoring

of the two virtual decks is enabled the first time that
the app starts up. You can then choose to listen to
one of the decks or the master output on your
headphones.

−

In djay, if you want to monitor the next track to be

played, make sure that the

Split output – Enable

split output for pre-cueing with audio adapter

option is enabled.
