Flash capacity

A fully charged battery in prime condition results in up to 110 

flashes at a total of 2000 J, 220 flashes at a total of 1000 J, 

440 flashes at a total of 500 J, 880 flashes at a total of 250 J, 

1760 flashes at a total of 125 J, and so on.
Deciding factor is the combined output of all flash units con

-

nected. Please keep in mind that the flash units also require a 

certain power supply even when they do not flash. Therefore, 

we recommend you activate the standby function (see page 54) 

when using the 

Power Max L 

with flash units.

NOTE: The above listed values correspond to usage without 

modeling light. Using the modeling light reduces the flash 

capacity significantly – thus, it should only be switched on for a 

quick check of light distribution and while watching the output 

indicator “BAT”
