11.17 5009: The application could not be started. Application is restarting.

Description

The software does not boot. There is a fault in the communication or
the software is damaged.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the message with "

OK

".

The software is restarted.

The error may appear twice. Repeat the procedure. If the error still
appears, proceed according to troubleshooting. With software
version 1.78 (10/2018) or higher, a restore is possible by means of
a rescue tool. Contact the manufacturer in this regard.
