1.1. Reiniun und Desinfektion

Bei der Reinigung und Desinfektion wie folgt vor-
gehen:
• Entleeren sie den Behälter, (siehe Absatz 1.2);
•  Entfernen Sie den Behälter vom Gerät, (siehe Ab-

satz 1 3);

•  Entfernen Sie den Hahn vom Gerät, (siehe Absatz 

1.4);

•  Reinigen Sie den Topf, (siehe Absatz 1.5);
•  Bauen Sie den Zapfhahn auseinander, nachdem 

Sie ihn vom Gerät entfernt haben, (siehe Absatz 
1.6);

•  Reinigen und desinfizieren Sie die Geräteteile, 

(siehe Absatz 1.7);

•  Bauen Sie den Behälter wieder auf das Gerät, 

(siehe Absatz 1. 8.1);

•  Reinigen Sie mit einem feuchten Tuch und/oder 

weichen Schwamm, die mit einem Reinigungs-
mittel getränkt sind, das Zapfhahnrohr, (siehe 
Absatz 1.8.2);

•  Bauen Sie den Zapfhahn an das Gerät, (siehe Ab-

satz 1.8 3);

•  Reinigen und desinfizieren Sie die inneren Gerä-

teteile, (siehe Absatz 1.9);

•  Reinigen Sie die Tropfschale, (siehe Absatz 1.10)
• 

 

Reinigen Sie den Behälterdeckel mit ei-
nem feuchten Tuch und/oder einem weichen 
Schwamm, (siehe Absatz 1.11).

•  

Entleeren Sie den Heizkessel, (siehe Absatz 

 

1.12);

•  Reinigen und entkalken Sie den Heizkessel, (sie-

he Absatz 1.13);

1.2. Leerung des Behälters

Bevor Sie den Behälter reinigen, müssen Sie ihn 
entleeren.

Entleeren Sie den Behälter bei angeschaltetem 
Gerät vollständig, indem Sie den Hebel des Zapf-
hahns betätigen.
Füllen Sie den Behälter mit Wasser und stellen Sie 
den Temperaturregler auf 50°C (122°F); setzen Sie 
das Gerät für mindestens 15/20 Minuten in Betrieb. 
Wenn Sie diese Zeit erhöhen werden sämtliche 
Produktreste, die an der Behälterwand anhaften, 
abgelöst.
Entleeren Sie den Behälter, indem Sie den Hebel 
des Zapfhahns betätigen.

Achtung: Die Flüssigkeit kommt mit einer hohen 
Temperatur aus dem Gerät; es besteht Verbren-
nungsgefahr.

1.3. Ausbau des Behälters

Achtung: Bevor Sie das Gerät auseinander neh-
men, vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät abge-
schaltet (Schalter in OFF-Position), das Gerät vom 
Stromnetz getrennt (Stecker aus der Steckdose 
gezogen) und das Gerät ausreichend abgekühlt ist.

Es ist verboten, das Gerät auseinander zu nehmen, 
wenn sich das Getrank oder eine andere Flüssig-
keit in seinem Behälter befindet.

Das Auseinandernehmen des Behälters und seiner 
Teile ist für eine einwandfreie Reinigung und Des-
infektion zwingend erforderlich.
