• The appliance comes with 9 stainless steel trays
and a residue tray.
• The main engine contains the heating elements,
motor, fan, thermostat and is fitted with overheat
protection.
• The gridded trays allow air to be circulated around
the food.
• The main engine is assembled at the back of the
appliance, the fan blows heated air from the back
of the appliance through the machines.
Preparations before first use
• Check the appliance for damage. In case of any
damage, contact your supplier immediately and do
NOT use the appliance.
• Unpack the unit carefully and remove all protective
packaging and wrapping. Make sure no packaging
debris remains on the appliance.
• Check delivery contents for any missing parts
(trays, door, mesh, bottom pad etc.) and any
possible transport damage. In the event of damage
caused by transit or if parts are missing, contact
your supplier immediately.
• Clean the body, trays, residue tray and door with
luke warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
Do not clean the engine parts (See the Cleaning
and Maintenance section of this manual). Make
sure all the components are completely dry before
proceeding with further use.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and
fire-resistant surface.
• Make sure that a clearance of 15cm is maintained
around the appliance for adequate ventilation.
• Position the appliance in such a way that the plug
is accessible at all times.
• There is a bottom pad (supplied) to collect any
residue during the operation.
Note: After cleaning the appliance, it must be
switched ON for 30 minutes before the first
operation. Some odour or smoke is normal during
the first few uses (See Operation). Unplug the
appliance after first operation.
