Installation
Display, Mounting, and Connectors
All connections and ports are located on the bottom of the unit, as shown in Figure 2-1.
Table 2-1 provides additional information about each port/connection.

Port/Connection Description
Mounting holes Four off-set mounting holes. Two adapters are available, the first
includes a marine 1” standard, adaptable to 5/8”. The second allows
for flush mounting the unit.
Power, data port (12-
pin) External power/data cable; allows you to supply power to A222 as
well as communicate with external devices via NMEA 0183 serial,
and binary.
