13.  Installing the PClampp  

   

        Carry out installation in the following steps: 
        

Open the PClamp with compressed air 

       

Position 

       

Venting and alignment 

       

Screw tight 

       

Optional, fitting and adjusting inductive limit switches. 

 

        

The individual steps in detail: 

        

Screw in an appropriate pneumatic connection:

M5 

Size 80

G1/8

 

Size 125

G1/8

 

 

 
 
 

         

Then connect with air hose

 

 

        

Apply nominal pressure to PClamp and remove the transport lock. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

         
        

Position the PClamp on the round rod, screw in the fastening screws 

loosely
