In order to reset the device to factory settings with the “FCN” button, the following steps are
necessary:
1.
Switch on or restart the device while pressing and holding the “FCN” button.
2.
Wait until the “SF” LED flashes
3.
Release “FCN” button

Password
Access to the web interface for the administrator is protected by a password. The password must be
changed following commissioning. The password preset at the factory cannot be assigned again.
Passwords can be between 4 and 20 ASCII characters long.
Up to version V1.00.100, the standard username and standard password is: admin / admin
As of version V1.00.100 of the PROFINET switch firmware: Username is “admin” and the password is
the serial number of the PROFINET switch, which can be read from the side of the housing of the
device.
The password can be changed under “Password” (System section).

Event Log
System events are saved in the device and can also be called up following the restart of the device.

System events consist of:
•
Enumeration of the restart
•
Point in time (relative to the restart of the system or real time)
•
Text with description of the system event. The system events can be deleted.
System events can be shown and deleted under “Event Log” (System section).
