(i.Series models only) Six 1.5 V D-cell non-rechargeable alkaline (or equivalent) batteries are required
for backup power to the i.Center monitoring system

(Horizon Series models only) One 9 V non-rechargeable alkaline (or equivalent) battery is required for
backup power to the power failure alarm

(PC4200 models only) One 9 V rechargeable Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery (or equivalent) is
