Please read the following information carefully before using the appliance for the first time for your
own safety and to ensure correct use.
Read the “Safety-information’s” and “Safe positioning” also carefully before using of the heater about
to avoid risk of fire or lives.
Important - Safety information
The appliance must only be used as described in the instructions for use. Use for any other
purpose is inadmissible! Any damage attributed to incorrect operation, improper use or non-
observance of the safety information will invalidate all liability and the warranty!
•
Do not use the appliance with a damaged plug, power cord, housing, or
after a mal function or if it has been dropped or suffered any kind of
damage. Do not let the power cord over a sharp edge or let it not come into
contact with any hot surface and protect it against pinch, where it can be
damaged. Never place or wind the power cord around the appliance.
Danger of overheating and fire!

All liability is disclaimed for any frost damage caused by a heating capacity
that is insufficient for the room size, bad heat insulation of the room,
incorrect use or force majeure.
•
Before connecting the appliance check that the voltage indicated on the
type plate corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
•
Only connect the appliance to a.c. mains as specified on the rating label.
•
The appliance should be place with a minimum distance of 100 cm from all
flammable objects, curtains, structures, wall, clothes, pillows, furniture,
pieces of furniture, shelves, building or similar. Fire risk!
•
Keep all objects at least 100 cm from the front and sides of the heater.
•
The appliance may not be fastened to walls from synthetic material, or
other flammable materials as for example wood, panels, cardboard or
similar. By disregard it can come to the fire risk!
•
The heater must not be directly mounted behind a door.
•
The heater must be not located immediately below a socket-outlet.
•
WARNING: In order to avoid overheating do not cover the heater.
•
Prevent overheating to the appliance by keeping the air inlet and outlet
free: do not cover them and do not hang anything in front of it or above it –
otherwise there is a risk of fire
•
Always unplug the heater after use.
Do not pull on the power cord.

Keep the mains cord at the safe distance from the air inlet and outlet
grilles.

Only operate the appliance with fully unwound power cord.

Never touch live parts!

Attention! The front grille becomes very hot when the appliance is in use.
Place the appliance so that it cannot be touched by accident! Risk of
burns! The appliance will cool down gradually after being switched off.

Do not insert any foreign objects into the appliance openings!
Risk of injury (electric shock) and damage to the appliance!

Never use the heater without supervision
. The appliance is not intended
for use by children, infirm persons or pets without supervision!

The appliance is not suitable for animal breeding purposes!

Do not use the heater outdoors.
•
WARNING: Don’t touch the heater or the air-slots when the heater is in
operation.

The product is for household use only and not for commercial use.
•
Keep the fan heater clean. Check the air-inlet and –outlet grilles from time
to time for accumulated dust. The heater must always suck air freely and
can blow out.
•
Do not use the appliance in flammable atmospheres (e.g. in the vicinity of
combustible gases or sprays cans)!
Explosion and fire hazard!
•
Do not use the heater in rooms with explosive gas (e. g. petrol) or while
using inflammable glue or solvent (e. g. when glueing or varnishing parquet
floors, PVC etc.) Do not allow aerosols, inflammable substances or
materials sensitive to heat to be in the flow of hot air.
•
Do not use the heater in areas or rooms which are a risk of fire, such as
garages, stables, wooden shed etc. and do not place the appliance close
to a radiant heat source.
•
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower
or a swimming pool.
•
Do not use this heater in wet, moisture or humidity rooms or where it can
fall or be pushed into water (sink, shower, bath etc. )or other liquid.
•
Do not immerse the heater, power cord or plug in water or other liquid to
run into the interior of the appliance, as this could create an electrical
shock hazard.
