1. Cold ingredients, such as butter and eggs should be at room temperature before you
start mixing them. Set these ingredients in advance.
2. To eliminate the possibility of egg shells or damaged - in your recipe, break the eggs

3. Do not over-mix. Start mixing at low speed, then increase the speed.
