V. USING INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING
Before using the mixer, wash the whisk/dough hooks/detachable steam/beaters in the
warm water and dry them, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power
outlet and the speed selector is in the “0” position.
1. Select the desired attachments, which are depending on the mixing task to be
performed: beaters for mixing and beating, whisks for mixing egg white and dough
hooks are suitable for mixing the flour.
2. Inserting the Beaters/whisks/dough hooks.
Note: beaters and whisk can be inserted in either socket, as they are identical. For
dough hooks, the one with washer can only be inserted into the right socket and the
other one can only be inserted into left socket. The two dough hooks can not be
inserted in reverse, if done, the mixer still can operate, however, you will not get
proper kneading action and you could risk ruining a recipe or damaging your mixer.
USING
1. Ensure that the unit is at the “0” position, then plug in the power source, indicating
light is illuminated once the unit is energized.
2. Set the speed selector to your desired setting. There are 5 settings. The appliance
will start working and the speed will increase to the highest speed if pulling the turbo
button backwards at any time.
3. The max time per time shall not exceed 5 minute.
4. When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to “0” position, unplug the cord
from power outlet.
5. If necessary you can scrape the excess food particles from the beaters /whisk/dough
hooks by rubber or wooden spatula.
6. Hold the beaters/ whisk/dough hooks with one hand and press the ejector button
firmly down with the other hand, remove the beaters/whisk.
Note: Remove the beaters/ whisk/dough hooks only at the “0” position. And make
sure the power cord is unplugged from power outlet before removing.
