If you still have a problem with your appliance after checking these basic trouble
shooting steps, please contact an authorized service person or wualified technician.

Hob burners do not work.

Burner cap and crown are not assembled

LPG cylinder (if applicable) may be
depleted.

Flame colour is orange/yellow.
