PREPARAREA UNUI CAPPUCCINO

Puteți obține o ceașcă de cappuccino cu topping din spumă de lapte.

Notă: În timpul producerii aburilor, portfiltrul trebuie să fie montat în poziția corespunzătoare.

Preparați mai întâi un espresso (folosind un recipient suficient de mare conform secțiunii
„PREPARAREA UNUI ESPRESSO”) și asigurați-vă că butonul de control al aburului este la
poziția MINIM.

2.

Puneți butonul pentru cafea/aburi în poziția inferioară, adică poziția „ ” , și așteptați până la
aprinderea indicatorului luminos verde.

3.

Umpleți o cană cu aproximativ 100 de ml de lapte pentru fiecare cappuccino pe care doriți să
îl preparați. Vă recomandăm să folosiți lapte integral la temperatura frigiderului (nu
fierbinte!).

4.

Pentru  o  spumare  optimă  a  laptelui,  vă  recomandăm  să  lăsați  buton  pentru  abur  în  poziția
deschis  timp  de  aproximativ  15  secunde,  deoarece  aburul  care  iese  prima  data  din  tub
conține multă apă.

5.

Introduceți tubul pentru aburi în lapte aproximativ doi centimetri, apoi rotiți butonul de
control al aburului în sens contrar acelor de ceasornic, iar aburii vor începe să iasă din tub.
Spumați laptele prin rotirea cănii și deplasarea acesteia de sus în jos.

Notă: Nu rotiți rapid butonul de control al aburului, deoarece aburul se poate acumula rapid și
poate duce la creșterea riscului de explozie.

Notă: Nu atingeți orificiul de evacuare a aburului în timpul evacuării, deoarece vă puteți opări.

6.

După finalizarea preparării, puteți roti butonul de control al aburului la poziția „0”.

7.

Vă rugăm să urmați procedura de mai jos după fiecare spumare a laptelui, pentru a evita
blocarea orificiului de evacuare a aburului: puneți o cană sub tubul pentru abur, apoi

acționați butonul pentru abur și puneți butonul de control al pompei „

” în poziția

inferioară, iar pompa va începe pomparea apei. După ce apa curge timp de 30 de secunde,

puneți butonul de control al pompei „

” în poziția superioară. La final, ștergeți duza tubului

pentru abur cu un burete umed, dar aveți grijă să nu vă opăriți!

8.

Apăsați butonul de PORNIRE/OPRIRE „

” pentru a opri alimentarea aparatului.
