Operation
Installing bottles
The standard version of the unit is designed for 2000 ml bottles. There are 2 attachments
available for smaller bottles:
▪ Attachment for 4 x 1.0 l bottles
▪ Attachment for 4 x 0.5 l bottles
Set the rotor in the proper position in order to install the bottles.
➜ Set rotation speed to 1 rpm.
➜ Switch unit on and rotate until proper
position is reached to install bottles.

➜ Release clamping lever by turning it
from back to front.

➜ Pull knurled knob upwards to raise
tension plate.

➜ Insert the bottle and take care that the
tension plate centers exactly above the
screw cap of the bottle.
➜ Push knurled knob down in the
direction of the bottle.
➜ Tighten clamping lever by turning it
from front to back.
➜ Repeat the procedure according to the
number of bottles.
➜ Check the stability of the bottles.
➜ Re-tighten them, if necessary.
A single flask should be arranged in the middle of the shaker plate.
Several flasks should be distributed equally on the plate in front as well
as in the back.
When using shakers inside conditioning cabinets, make reference to
ambient conditions as stipulated in the “Technical data” section.
