Using the Noise Cancelling Headphones:
1. Connect to the portable media player.
2. Wear the side marked R on your right ear and the one marked L on your left ear.
3. Turn the power on through the remote controller.
4. Turn on the power of the portable media player or AV equipment.
5. After listening to the music, turn off the power of the headphones.
