The Coherence Coach and the Heart Rhythm Display run separately.
When you pause the Coherence Coach, the Heart Rhythm Display
keeps running, and vice versa.
After the Coach has instructed you on the
Quick Coherence technique you can choose one of
the Animations from the menu shown to the right.
You can also go back over the steps by clicking
the Quick Coherence Steps button shown below.
To close the Coherence Coach click the X in the upper right corner of
the application window.
To stop your running session you must go to the Heart Rhythm Display
and click the Stop button on the Toolbar.
After you are finished with the Coach you can view your data in
the Heart Rhythm Display, which has been running in the background.
