How to remove the D-ring
The D-ring is connected to your EarMate at the top and the bottom.
RELEASE THE TOP
: Use your fingernail
or a non-scratching object to push on
the end of the D-ring just enough to
release it.
Pull the D-ring away
from the hearing aid

Pull here
Grasp the D-ring
at the top
and bottom.
Pull to
remove.
