MANUAL MODE
1. Select "Manual"
2. Use "UP" and "DOWN" button to adjust the load level
pressing "MODE".
3. Use MODE to switch between “TIME”, “DISTANCE”,
“CALORIES” and “PULSE”, use “UP” and “DOWN” to set its
value
4. Press “ST/STOP” to start or stop your workout, you can
adjust the load level by press “UP” and “DOWN” button
during your workout.
