Mounting Handlebars on New, Unassembled Scales
Refer to the scale’s user manual for
assembly instructions. In step 8 of the
scale assembly, do not completely insert
all 4 screws. Partially insert only the two
screws closest to the scale column,
leaving ¾” of the screws exposed. Then
skip to step 5 on the following page.
Mounting Handlebars on Assembled Scales
1.
Gently place the scale on a flat, level
surface on its side.
2.
Remove the 2 Rear Screws (closest to
the wheels) that secure the Scale
Column to the Base.
3.
Loosen but
DO NOT REMOVE
the 2
Forward Screws (closest to the scale
base). Loosen Screws approximately
¾”.
Note, the Load Cell Cable does not
need to be removed.
4.
Loosen Screws approximately ¾”.

of the

exposed
