8 Components of the Power Unit

8.3

LED Display

Green

The power unit is ready for welding.

Red flashing

The capacitor battery is charged.

Red

The power unit is locked

– if battery is defective

– if thyristor is defective

– in the case of a charging malfunction (exceeding the

charging period)

Yellow

if there is electrical contact between both chucks
