10.2.19

Fine flow cut-off point (Fine fl.off)

Set or read the fine flow cut-off point. If you specify a target weight, the fine
flow cut-off point is automatically set to 95% of the target weight if no fine flow
cut-off point is set.

Information

You cannot set the fine flow cut-off point lower than the coarse flow cut-off
point. If you try to do so, the coarse flow cut-off point is automatically set to the
value fine flow cut-off point – minimum fine flow.

If optimization is activated (with parameter P1 > 0), the fine flow cut-off point is
tracked automatically.

10.2.20

Fine monitor

The command is used to monitor breakage (sack breakage) during the fine
flow phase. Enter the increase in weight you expect per time interval (Monito
ring fine monitor) in a normal filling process. At the end of the fine flow lockout
time, the increase is then checked after each time interval. If the weight in
crease rate is

not

exceeded, the fact is interpreted as a breakage of the con

tainer being filled, and dosing is aborted. Fine flow fill flow monitoring is deacti
vated when the fine flow cut-off point is reached. The fine flow monitor is only
active during the fine flow phase.

Minimum fine flow component (Min.Fine fl.)

The minimum fine flow component specifies how close the coarse flow cut-off
point can be taken to the fine flow cut-off point. This enables you to set the dif
ference between the coarse and fine flows so that a fine flow results in every
case.
