Notice
Before loading (driving onto) the platform for the first
time, set the stops (Fig. 6.5) so that the permissible
inclination or lateral displacement of the load cells cannot
be exceeded (see Dimensions in Chapter 11, Page 33)!
Otherwise, the load cells or load application elements
can be damaged.

The integrated rotation stop can be used when using the
HBM mounting parts EPO3, C16/EPU or C16/ZOU44A,
as described in Chapter 6.2, on Page 14. If you wish to
build and use mounting parts yourself, HBM will provide
you with diagrams indicating the position and mounting of
the rotation stop. You must ensure that the specified tol­
erances of the position of the dowel pin are complied with
so that the load cells are not damaged.
As a cost-effective alternative, you can use the
C16/ZOU44AAl thrust pieces accessory set for load cells
with maximum capacities <60 t.
However, the maximum
load per load cell may not exceed 40 t in this case .
