
REMOVAL
Full body harness with lineman’s climbing strap must be used when
removing climbing sticks or climbing out of hang-on treestand.
Never attempt to remove climbing sticks or climb out of hang-on
treestand without being stabilized by lineman’s climbing strap.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury or death.
Using Full Body Harness and Lineman’s Climbing Strap, slowly and carefully climb to top stick.
Standing on climbing stick below one being removed, push up on climbing stick to relieve
tension on tree strap.
Hold climbing stick and push release tab on tree strap buckle to loosen strap.
Unhook tree strap from bracket and lower stacking stick to ground using hoist rope.

Never rely on a tree branch for support.
STICKS MUST EXTEND MINNIMUM OF 24 INCHES ABOVE final position of
hang-on platform.
ALWAYS step down from climbing stick onto hang-on platform.
Never attempt to climb up onto a hang-on platform from climbing stick
mounted below hang-on platform.
Always check to ensure tree strap hook is attached to climbing stick
bracket.
Never jump or bounce on climbing stick in an attempt to cause it to dig
into tree.

Repeat steps 2 thru 5 for installing additional climbing sticks.
Always install additional climbing sticks by spacing sticks at or less
than 18” between climbing stick steps. Always position climbing
stick above hang-on platform so you step down onto platform.
Always use a hoist rope to raise and lower climbing sticks
and equipment. Never climb with anything on your back.
Never exceed 18-inches of step spacing between multiple
climbing sticks.
CLIMBING STICKS MUST EXTEND MINIMUM OF 24
INCHES ABOVE final position of hang-on platform.
Never leave a climbing stick or treestand in a tree for more than two (2) weeks since weather,
animals and other factors could cause damage. Tree growth can also stress and damage straps
and buckles. Store this product indoors and away from exposure to elements when not in use.
Never drop climbing sticks out of tree as this may damage climbing sticks.
Always us hoist rope to lower to ground.
