If the Toughbook approved Havis
Power Supply (Part # LPS-102) is used
it can be mounted directly to the
DS-PAN-300 Series Dock using the
#6-32 x 1-1/4 screws supplied with
the power supply.
While holding loop, rotate and tilt Dock
thru entire range of motion that will
be used in operation.
Adjust size of cable bundle loop so that
cables will never get “yanked” during
use/position adjustment as this can
damage cables and Dock.
Plug power supply input and
output cables into power supply,
as shown in FIG. H.
Step 8: Ensure Range of Motion and Secure Cables
Tie-off entire I/0 & RF cable bundle using
supplied cable ties as shown in FIG. O.
Hold (or tape) entire bundle to stationary
part of mounting system.
Install cable cleat to mounting
bracket at locations shown
in FIG. F using supplied
M4 x 5mm long screws.
Torque to 5 inch-pounds while
using finger to hold cleat level
against torque.

Once loop size is set, tie-off, as shown
in FIG. Q, with a large cable tie.
