TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Solutions
The appliance does
not work.
The plug is not connected to
an electrical outlet.
Connect the plug into a
powered electrical outlet.
The power key is not on.
Touch the power key once to
turn on the air purifi er.
The front cover is not closed
properly. (show ”PLEASE COVER”)
Close the front cover
properly.
The Child lock function is on.
(Child lock light on)
Press and hold the Child lock
button for 5 seconds to inactivate
the function.
Poor air purifi cation
quality.
Filter is dirty and has not been
replaced.
Clean/replace the fi lters.
Air inlet or outlet is blocked.
Remove objects blocking air
inlet or outlet.
Room is too large for the air
purifi er’s applicable area.
Set to high speed or put
more appliances.
Having doors and windows open
too frequently.
Reduce ventilation.
The appliance
is too loud.
The appliance is not placed on
even surface.
Place the appliance on a solid
Filter is dirty
(Filter reminding blinks)
Replace the fi lter and reset.
Filter replace light is
still on even though
the fi lter has been
replaced.
The air fi lter’s lifetime has not
been reset.
Press the Filter reset key for 5
seconds to turn the fi lter light off .
