Warning:

Read this instruction sheet completely before attempting to assemble and use the Truck
Extender.
2.
Always wear ANSI approved safety goggles when assembling and working with tools and
equipment.
3.
the maximum load capacity for the truck extender is 350 Lbs. Do not exceed this
weight capacity.
4.
Only use the Truck Extender with a Class 3 truck receiver hitch. Do not modify the Truck
Extender in any way.
5.
Before each use, check all hardware for tightness and make sure that both “L” pins
and both “R” pins are correctly in place.
6.
Always use tie down loops to properly secure the extended load and use warning signs
(not included) to alert other vehicles.

sible conditions and situations that may occur when using this product. It must be under-
stood that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product.
These factors must be supplied by the person using the Truck Extender.
Assembly and Use of the truck extender
The Truck Extender can easily be assembled by understanding the instructions shown be-
low. Place all parts on the work surface and refer to the part number listing and parts diagram
shown below.
1.
Assemble the “T” Extender (#2) onto the “L” Extender (#3) and secure with “L” Pin (#6)
and “R” Pin (#7). Note that the “T” Extender has 5 different
height adjustment positions.
2.
Using 2 Bolts (#5) and 2 Nylon Lock Nuts (#4), bolt the Top
Extender (#1) to the “T” Extender (#2).
3.
Slide the long end of the “L” Extender into the Class 3 Truck
Receiver Hitch and secure by placing “L” Pin (#6) through
the Truck Receiver Hitch and “L” Extender and secure with
“R” Pin (#7).
4.
The Truck Extender is now ready for use.
