Error Codes
The following error codes may appear on the digital display to
indicate an error in the operating condition of the unit. Contact
an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco for assistance
Err 01
= No power to heating elements.
Err 02
= Power to one heating element only.
Err 03
= Incorrect voltage supplied to unit.
Err 04
= Temperature/humidity probe is disconnected or
damaged.
Err 05
= The temperature inside cabinet is running too hot.
Turn OFF power to unit.

Unit is heating, but is not
producing humidity.
Water pan is low or empty.
Fill water pan with water.
When using distilled water, no minerals are
being sensed by low water probe.
On initial fill, add one teaspoon of salt to the water reservoir.
Water heating element is defective.

Unit is not producing any “hot
air” inside cabinet.
