OPERATION
CLEANING
WARNING:
To prevent electric shock, always unplug the Glo-Ray
overhead warmer before any cleaning or maintenance.
To preserve the bright finish of your Glo-Ray overhead warmer,
it is recommended that the exterior surfaces be wiped daily with
a damp cloth. Stubborn stains may be removed with a good
stainless steel cleaner or a non-abrasive cleaner.
CAUTION
:
Use only non-abrasive cleaners. Abrasive cleaners could
scratch the finish of your food warmer marring its
appearance and making it susceptible to soil accumulations.
CAUTION:
Only soft cleaning cloths should be used to clean personnel
protectors. Personnel protectors are made of shatterproof
polycarbonate and will scratch if proper care is not taken.
The personnel protector may be removed for thorough
cleaning and polishing. They should be wiped daily with a
soft, damp cloth. If fine scratches are present, a good
polycarbonate cleaner may be used to polish the personnel
protectors and remove and scratches.
