8. Using an electric hand drill and 9/32" drill bit, drill the three
(3) marked and indented holes through the condiment
station. See Figure 5.

9. Carefully remove any sharp edges.
10. Reposition the warmer into the stainless steel
reflector/tray stop. Slide the backside of the warmer up into
the stainless steel reflector/tray stop, making sure the three
(3) threaded posts on the back of the unit line up with the
three (3) holes in the stainless steel reflector/tray stop.
Guide threaded posts through each set of holes.
11. Peel off protective plastic film from stainless steel
reflector/tray stop.
12. Position GRAN-51 foodwarmer with stainless steel
reflector/tray stop onto condiment station, making sure the
three (3) threaded posts on the back of the unit line up with
three (3) holes just drilled. Guide threaded posts through
each set of holes and tighten securely using wing nuts
provided. See Figure 6.

13. Remove protector paper from polycarbonate personnel
protector.
14. Position the personnel protector onto the warmer, aligning
the two pegs on the protector into the holes on the top of
the stainless steel reflector/tray stop.

7. Using a center punch and hammer, indent or punch all three
(3) of the marked holes. See Figure 4.
