Initial fire­up in steps
1. First check to ensure that the heat shield (the inclined steel shield
above the combustion chamber) hangs properly in the v­catch points.
2. When using the stove for the first time, put small dry wood in the
middle of the combustion chamber. Put the throttle flap in its opened
position (the position of the handle corresponds to the position of the
throttle flap) and leave the insert window
3. Stir up the fire off and on by setting the door ajar for just a moment
each time.
4. Gradually build up the fire with thicker wood. Maintain the fire while
keeping the window and throttle flap open.
5. After 3 to 4 hours, you may carefully shut the window.
