Daily
Check Engine oil level ....................Use HD 15-40, HD 10-40 if below 40

(HD 15-40 SUPPLIED FROM FACTORY)
Check fuel level..............................Use Clean #2 Diesel
Visually inspect ..............................Fan Belt, bolts, fittings, and hoses (for signs of leaks or looseness)
Check Coolant Level......................Between Low and Full, 50% Ethylene glycol
Grease............................................refer to page 3.2
50 Hour Service- These and all previous items
Air Filter ........................................Clean or replace Yanmar 129087-12510
Check Tire Pressure .......................10-16 PSI (6.9KPa-11Kpa) Drive tires
Change Engine Oil..........................3.8 quarts/ (3.6 liters)
Change Engine Oil Filter ................Yanmar 129150-35151
100 Hour Service- These and all previous items
Change Engine Oil..........................3.8 quarts/ (3.6 liters)
Change Engine Oil Filter ................Yanmar 129150-35151

Change Hydraulic Oil .....................8 gallon/ (30.28 liters)
Change Engine Coolant ..................1.5 gallon/ (5.7 liters)
Repack stabilizer wheels.................Use a high quality bearing grease
*Check the Fuel Injection Pump* to Yanmar manual
Parts with asterisk mark “*” should be serviced by an authorized YANMAR Dealer, unless the owner
has proficient mechanical ability and the proper tools
