SEAT INSTALLATION
1.
Do not lay chair on its back.
NOTICE
To install the seat, remove the batteries.
2.
Route the wires through the mounting hole,
making sure that the wiring goes all the way
down. The swivel arm must be pushed down
when installing to clear the seat post lock.
See Figure 3-20.

3. Observe the magnet switch for seat safety.

NOTE: Lubricate the seat post before installing using a
white lithium grease.
4.
Install the set screw, that holds the seat from
coming up, in collar where the wires for the
hand control comes through. See Figure 3-22.

5. Connect the seat rocker switch wires.

6.
Reconnect the batteries and test run the chassis
(using the seat control to move the seat and
chassis) to ensure all the clearances are OK.
Move the rail as needed to make the best fit. If
installing a mid-charging location, locate it now.
