This is for a facility comprised of four zones, each with independent volume capability and source
selection via remote controls located within that zone. The reception area comprises one zone. The
central hall, cardiovascular training area, aerobic training and strength training areas constitute another
zone. The pool is one zone, and the cycling room, dancing room, yoga room, and locker rooms are as
the fourth zone. The selection of loudspeakers for the facility depends on which form factor the archi-
tecture requires, how the floor plan is laid out for coverage, and the sound level requirements. For high
SPL facilities, the amplification system is expandable. For wide bandwidth fitness centers, a subwoofer
can be easily added. The CSM’s LevelGuard™ feature keeps the volume range at optimum and Auto-
Warmth™ automatically adjusts to ensure full high-fidelity sound regardless of the volume.
