15.4 Powered use
If the Winch Air is powered by a motor, it needs two commands.
15.4.1 Operating first speed on a powered winch
To operate first speed:
• Press the central button of the winch. If the button does not engage, turn the winch briefly to allow the
mechanism to engage.
• Press the first of the two commands mounted on the deck.
• The winch will operate in first speed (very fast but with little power), used to recover a lot of line under little load
15.4.2 Operating second speed on a powered winch
To operate second speed:
• Press the second of the two commands mounted on the deck
• The button of the first speed of the winch will automatically disengage
• The winch will operate in second speed (medium speed and medium power), used when the load has increased
but there is still a lot of line to recover
