Rotating Guard
Use this procedure to change the clevis pin
orientation for either fore/aft or athwartships
direction to match boat’s chainplate.
Loosen the screws about three rotations. The
screws seat in detents. Rotate the lower fork so
that it is 90°.

The screws will seat in either of two
pairs of detents. Leave guard in place for
rotation. Image for illustration only
Use Blue Loctite
®
adhesive or alternate
threadlocking solution on threads. Tighten the
screws
