Multiple Cuts of Meat or Chickens

The double sided skewer is positioned in the middle of the spit rod and the food is positioned 
either side of this. The single sided skewers are then placed on either end and pushed together 
to secure the meat in place. 

When tightening the attachments to the spit rod, do not over tighten. The screw clamps only
need to be done up finger tight to hold in place. Do not use spanners or pliers to tighten.
