Warranty: Limited Warranty
What does the Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any defect in manufacturing
or defect caused by norma! use of your Hardware House product for a period of 1 5-years
beginning on the purchase date of the product. This warranty extends to the original end
user purchaser, only.
What will we do if product is defective or becomes defective as a
result of normal use during the warranty period? We will repair or replace
the defective product. Return the defective product to the original retailer, or call
for the name of a retailer near you. Your original purchase receipt will
be required for repair or replacement.
What does this Limited not cover? This warranty does not
cover defects caused by improper or abuse. Hardware House LLC. makes no other
warranties, express, implied or otherwise. In no event will Hardware LLC.
be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages for the
breach of any warranty, including economic loss, d a m a g e to property, a n d ,
to extent permitted by law,
damages personal injury. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation not apply to you.

specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
