Final Checklist
Please check these final points before operating the rotisserie:
Is each rotisserie level? Use a level to verify level from front to back and side to side.

Open the front door to the 90° position and let it go, if it remains stationary then the rotisserie is level. If the door
swings closed or farther open, then additional leveling is required.
•
If a rotisserie is not level, the caster wheel height can be adjusted as described on page 11 for single deck units,
on page 13 for double deck units and the feet height can be adjusted as described on page 21 for countertop
units.
If your rotisserie does not conform to any of the three points above, the issue must be
corrected prior to operating the equipment.
