4 - Starting up

General for all boom models

Break away clutch

All boom wings are equipped with brake away clutches, in vertical as well as horizontal direction, according to boom
specifications

The clutch is adjusted acording to boom weight and field conditions.

Soft and loose clustch. Loosen counter nut A , loosen bolt B. To tighten clutch to be harder; loosen nut A , tighten bolt B.

Tightnes must never be harder than pusc of 15 Kg / 30 pounds, on the outer boom wing will open / activated the boom
clutch.

Adjustment of hydraulic fold

To achive the correct folding position of the boom wing, the folding
cylinder must be adjusted.

Undoo the counter nut A, remove the cylinder eye B from the position,
turn it either futer in or out acodingly to find the right possition of the
boom in transport as well as in working / spraying position
