General FrontTank Operation
Valve Settings
Filling the FrontTank
Filling the FrontTank is done by transferring the pre-mixed spray liquid to
the FrontTank from the MainTank.
1.
Select suction from the MainTank
on the FT 3610 Control
box.
2.
The correct procedure is to mix the chemicals in the Turbofiller as
described in the MEGA Instruction book chapter 5 - Operation
“Filling liquid/powder chemicals using the TurboFiller”.
3.
Pump the spray liquid from the MainTank to the FrontTank, using the
valve settings shown in the illustration.

ATTENTION! It is not possible to use the TurboFiller and pump
liquid from the MainTank to the FrontTank at the same time, it must
be done in two individual procedures.
Emptying the FrontTank
Emptying the FrontTank can be done by transferring the spray liquid in
the FrontTank to the MainTank.
1.
Pump the spray liquid from the FrontTank to the MainTank, using the
valve settings shown in the illustration.
2.
Select suction from the FrontTank
on the FT 3610 control
box.
Spraying with Suction from the FrontTank
Spraying using the spray liquid in the FrontTank.
1.
Position the valves as shown in the illustration.
2.
Select suction from the FrontTank
on the FT 3610 control
box.
3.
Press the Main ON/OFF button for spraying on the Grip to begin
spraying with suction from the FrontTank.

WARNING! It is very important to use at least 1/3 of the spray liquid
in the MainTank before switching to suction from the FrontTank.
This will prevent overfilling the MainTank caused by the return flow
from the spray boom.

ATTENTION! Always bleed the air out of the system when
intending to use the spray liquid in the FrontTank, getting trapped
air out of the system is necessary to ensure a steady and
continuous application of the spray liquid.
