ALL THE WAY AROUND

before mounting ﬁ ttings on to the stainless steel nozzle and feed tubes.

HARDI

®

recommends using a vegetable based oil to prolong the life of

the O-ring.

8.11 Maintenance Of Triplets

Every 50 hours the triplets should be disassembled and cleaned. This is
done by pulling out the stainless clip on the side of the triplet assembly.
Clean the bottom part as well as the top part thoroughly. Coat the O-ring
with a light ﬁ lm of vegetable oil if the sprayer is to be stored for a long
pe ri od of time.

If the triplets are not cleaned regularly, they will not rotate readily and
possible damage to them may occur.

  WITHOUT WEARING CHEMICAL RESISTANT GLOVES
   AND SAFE TY GOGGLES.
