ASSEMBLY

GENERAL

Read these instructions carefully before assembly.

•   Check that no parts are missing or damaged.
•  The product is only intended for indoor use.
•   At least two persons are recommended for assembly. 
•  Wear gloves during assembly to avoid cut injuries –  

the sheet metal edges can be sharp.

•   Do not tighten screw unions until all the screws are in place.

WALL

1.  Drill holes with a 12 mm drill at suitable places to mount  

the tool board.

2.  Remove the nuts, spring and flat washers from the 

expansion screws and put the screws in the holes in  
the wall. Place the mounting holes on the tool board  
over the expansion screws. Be careful – risk of dropping.

3.  Put the spring and flat washers on the screws and tighten 

the nuts. Check that the expansion screws fit firmly in  
the wall.

CUPBOARD

1.   Drill holes with a 12 mm drill at suitable places to mount  

the cupboard.

2.   Remove the nuts, spring and flat washers from the 

expansion screws and put the screws in the holes in  
the wall. Place the mounting holes on the cupboard  
over the expansion screws. Be careful – risk of dropping.

3.   Put the spring and flat washers on the screws and tighten 

the nuts. Check that the expansion screws fit firmly in  
the wall.

4.  Put screws for the shelves through the cupboard wall.
5.  Tighten the nuts inside the cupboard.

6.  Put the shelf brackets in the holes in the door frame.
7.  Put the shelves in place and lock with spring pins 

underneath.

     WARNING!   
Do not climb, or stand on the product – risk of personal injury.

•  Do not overload the product, this can result in a risk of instability

•   Close the doors before moving the product.
•   Keep children at a safe distance.
•  The edges of the product can cause cut injuries and/or pinch 

injuries. Wear gloves during assembly and when moving.

•  Keep your fingers, hands and feet away from the edges 

when stacking, hanging or moving parts.

•  Never open more than one drawer at once if there are things 

in the drawers. 

•  New drawers can be difficult to open at first. Pull out carefully.
•  Use the product with care, to avoid it tipping over and/or 

hitting someone.

•  If the unit tips over or hits somebody, this can result in 

personal injury.

•  Do not stand or step in or on the drawers, or climb on the 

product.

•  Never overload the product.
•  Move the product only by pushing it forward – do not pull 

the product.

•  Close the lid and lock the drawers and doors before moving 

the product.

•  Do not move the product when there are objects on the 

work surface.

•  Apply the castor brakes when not moving the product.

Flexible basic-set with well conceived design for furnishing work 
spaces, such as a garage and basement. Made of cold-rolled, 
powder coated steel with bright finish and a worktop in MDF with 
a surface layer of melamine. 

•   1 tall cabinet (with three shelves inside) 76x50x205 cm.
•   1 drawer set (four drawers) 61.6x33x78.5 cm.
•   1 cupboard unit (two doors) 61.6x33x78.5 cm.
•   1 worktop 160x50x85 cm.
•   2 wall cupboards 60x40x20 cm.
•   1 shelf (for mounting between the two wall cupboards) 

120x40x2 cm.

•   6 tool boards (two variants) 60x40x20 cm.
•  Adjustable feet (max height 35 mm).
•  Lockable cupboards and drawers (10 keys included).
•  The rolling units are fitted with stable PVC wheels, of which 

two of four are lockable. 

•  Mounting fittings are included.
